Hat Making Process

Please contact us by email or phone if you would like a custom made hat along with your name printed inside the sweat band. We offer a variety of colors, crease styles, bands, and fur blends. Any of which can be mixed to fit your personal style and budget. All hats are made by hand, using century old techniques, that have been perfected by David Johnson for the past 30 years.
