30-Day Return Policy
Return Window: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

- Unworn or unused with tags
- In original packaging

Process:
- If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges: The fastest way is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
EU Customers: 14-day cooling off period applies - you can cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.
Refunds:
- We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Contact us if more than 15 business days pass after approval
