Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy 

Return Window: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused with tags
  • In original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

    Process:

    • If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions
    • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

    Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items:

          Custom/personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges: The fastest way is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

EU Customers: 14-day cooling off period applies - you can cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. 

Refunds:

  • We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Contact us if more than 15 business days pass after approval
